This album is for me another proof of why I love Swedish musicians and of course Eclipse. It's really a wonderful, huge celebration. Eclipse are born for music and the principle of existence of the band members have this unique destination, music! Shock and awe! These are the words that describe what I heard. I will comment that when you listen breathlessly to such records with musicians of this class, of this simplicity, of morality, of talent, of humility and so many other characteristics, you are shaping up and reborn internally on many levels, artistic or not. Unimaginable musicians, techniques, way of expression and result. Their melodies protect their instruments and voices, and their music forces every emotion to be released. I choose songs “Viva La Victoria”, “Mary Leigh”, “The Downfall Of Eden” (live & acoustic version), “Black Rain”, THIN LIZZY influenced song with the title “Battlegrounds” (on normal & quarantine live versions) and “Runaways”. Available on 2CD/DVD, Blu-ray, and 3xLP, “Viva La Victouria” includes the band’s performance in Gothenburg (Göteborg), Sweden on December 21, 2019 during their tour in support of the album. PS. I have only one complaint because you did not play one of your top compositions “Under The Gun”… WHY???
